Winter Family Portrait Photography | Bolton, Lancashire
I really love when families come back for a second (or even third !) photoshoot, it's great to be able to meet up with them again and create beautiful images at different stages in their life. I first photographed Amelia when she was just a few days old (you can see that shoot here) so I was really excited when her Grandma got in touch to book another shoot for her first birthday.
Amelia was around 15 months when we actually got together at a lovely location on the outskirts of Bolton, she's grown into a gorgeous little girl and full of character, she started the shoot by going off for a walk on her own before coming back for a paddle in a puddle.
We then went for a walk through the wooded areas and stopped for pictures, fun and snacks with Mum & Dad !
Eventually Amelia decided enough was enough, all that walking had worn her out so it was time to capture some lovely romantic portraits of Lianne and Mark while Amelia had a snooze in her pram !
There really is no need to wait for summer & sunshine for an outdoor shoot, winter light can be amazing and hats, scarves and wellies look great in photographs !
